Q1: Are you manufacturer, or trading company ?
A1: We are manufacturer for the suture pad & suture kit including. The suture kit includes suture pad, Adson forcep, mosquito forcep, needle driver, scalpel handle,Iris scissors,sutures, blades.
We produce the kit ourselves.
Q2: Are you able to customize package ?
A2: Yes, we can customize package as customer's request, as long as customer can provide us with their logo or artwork.
Q3: How is the suture pad quality, is that easy to rip ?
A3: Our suture pad is made of composite material, we apply the high quality silicon material to the product. We also add one tear-resistant mesh to make the product more durable.
Q4: How do you pack the product ?
A4: We use the envelop bubble paper bag with protective function, which protect the goods well during delivery.
Q5: What is your payment channel ?
A5: We have different payment channel for customers, such Bank T/T, Western Union, Paypal, Trade Assurance.
Q6: What is your production time?
A6: Our production time is about 15 days, if more quantity, it need 2 weeks - 20 days.
