STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — If a picture is worth 1,000 words, prosecutors believe surveillance video depicting Linden Beaton’s actions on the morning he allegedly raped and killed a 69-year-old Clifton woman speaks volumes.
Comprised of security video shot from homes, police cameras and other security systems in the Clifton and Stapleton areas, the video shows the movements of Beaton and the victim, Johynita Jordan, at various times during the early morning hours of Jan. 19, 2019.
