There is a long list of hair products we love, but not all of them are ones we wouldn’t dare forget to pack for a trip. Forgetting to stash them in our carry-on could easily ruin any trip. We were curious what those coveted products were for some of our favorite people—so… we asked. This is Baggage Claim!

We listen to a lot of podcasts on a regular basis. More than anyone should, really. But we’ll keep that problem between us and our therapist for now. One podcast we’ve recently become obsessed with is Gals on the Go. Hosted by Danielle Carolan and Brooke Miccio, the duo doles out sage advice on everything from relationships to careers and offers plenty of persuasive product recommendations for all things hair and beauty. We obviously had to know which products these two never travel without. Find out what they are below!

“I do not travel anywhere without this product! I’d sacrifice using hotel shampoo if that means I can bring my Ouai Leave-In Conditioner. It smells amazing and keeps my hair from getting tangled when brushing through it after a shower.”

“The Dyson Airwrap has truly allowed me to feel like I am giving myself a blowout from wherever I am. I love the two curling attachments, as well as the brush for a straight, chic look.”

“I have purchased about seven of these by now. The CEO Glow instantly hydrates and brightens my skin with a beautiful glow. I love putting this on when I get to the hotel after a long flight for a nice refresh.”

“Before getting on the plane (or when in the air), I apply a layer of the Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask to my face to lock in hydration. When the plane lands, my skin feels softer and more moisturized than it was when we boarded.”

“Under eye patches are a must in my morning routine. When I first wake up, I love to sip some coffee with my under eye patches on to de-puff and revitalize my under eyes before putting on makeup for the day.”

“Before going to bed every couple of nights, I will put a few drops in my moisturizer and I wake up with a beautiful, sun-kissed glow. It is so easy to pack in your toiletry bag and makes the biggest difference for me.”

“I always like to bring my jade roller along to reduce puffiness and stimulate lymphatic drainage. I often get headaches when traveling and this helps soothe those as well.”

“The best dry shampoo I have tried, and it comes in a TSA-friendly travel size! This stuff really absorbs all of the oils in my hair and leaves it feeling refreshed and not heavy feeling.”

“When I know I’ll be washing my hair away from home, I have to bring my favorite post-shower serum with me. The Elixir Ultime keeps my hair so soft and shiny. It also is incredible at reducing frizz. I use this on my towel-dried hair and style after or let my hair air dry.”

“I like to reduce the amount of toiletries I travel with when possible, so bringing a razor that had shaving cream included is a game changer. These razors get a super close shave, and moisturize as they do it. I use them every day and for travel.”

“I always take off my makeup, even when I’m exhausted from a long travel day. This cleansing balm makes it easy to remove everything in one step, and leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated.”

“This Brüush Toothbrush has really helped to streamline my travels because it comes with a travel case to easily be packed. It’s also my favorite toothbrush because it has so many different modes for brushing.”

“The Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask is blowing up online, and I totally see why. This product gives this lips such a pretty, glossy look, while keeping them moisturized. I like to lather up with this before bed.”

“For some reason, unwanted visitors (acne) always find their way to me when I am traveling. I pack a box of these pimple patches with me so I can easily get rid of pimples that have popped up. I also wear these or the surface patches under my mask while traveling to target maskne.”
